2. Quali dati raccogliamo
- Dati che ci lasci tu nel modulo di contatto del sito: nome, cognome, email, paese, e se vuoi azienda, telefono e città. Nome, cognome, email e paese sono necessari per poterti rispondere; gli altri sono facoltativi.
- Dati che ci mandi su WhatsApp quando scegli di scriverci da un pulsante del sito: il numero e il contenuto del messaggio, gestiti da WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) secondo le sue condizioni.
- Dati tecnici raccolti dal fornitore che ospita il sito (Cloudflare) per farlo funzionare e proteggerlo: indirizzo IP, tipo di browser, data e ora della richiesta, conservati nei registri tecnici per il tempo strettamente necessario.
Il sito non usa cookie di profilazione né strumenti di analisi del traffico. Salva sul tuo dispositivo, nella memoria del browser, soltanto preferenze di funzionamento: la lingua scelta, il fatto che il modulo di contatto sia già stato compilato o chiuso, e le quantità impostate sulle schede. Queste informazioni non escono dal tuo dispositivo.
3. Perché li usiamo e su quale base
- Inviarti il listino e contattarti per proposte commerciali riservate a operatori professionali. Base giuridica: il tuo consenso (art. 6, par. 1, lett. a), che dai spuntando la casella del modulo e che puoi revocare in qualsiasi momento.
- Rispondere alle tue richieste di preventivo, campioni o informazioni. Base giuridica: l'esecuzione di misure precontrattuali adottate su tua richiesta (art. 6, par. 1, lett. b).
- Far funzionare e proteggere il sito. Base giuridica: il legittimo interesse del titolare alla sicurezza e alla continuità del servizio (art. 6, par. 1, lett. f).
Non facciamo profilazione né decisioni automatizzate che producano effetti giuridici su di te.
4. Chi vede i dati
I dati sono trattati dal titolare e da persone da lui autorizzate. Per gestirli usiamo fornitori che agiscono come responsabili del trattamento o titolari autonomi:
- Google LLC: i contatti del modulo vengono salvati in un foglio Google del titolare (Google Workspace / Google Drive).
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting e protezione del sito.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (WhatsApp): solo se scegli di scriverci su WhatsApp.
Questi fornitori possono trattare dati anche fuori dall'Unione Europea. In tal caso il trasferimento avviene sulla base delle garanzie previste dal GDPR: decisione di adeguatezza della Commissione Europea (EU-US Data Privacy Framework, dove il fornitore vi aderisce) oppure clausole contrattuali standard. I dati non vengono venduti né ceduti a terzi per finalità di marketing altrui.
5. Per quanto tempo li conserviamo
- I contatti del modulo: fino alla revoca del consenso e comunque non oltre 24 mesi dall'ultimo contatto utile.
- Le richieste che diventano un ordine: per il tempo previsto dagli obblighi fiscali e contabili (10 anni).
- I registri tecnici del sito: per il tempo strettamente necessario alla sicurezza, secondo le politiche del fornitore di hosting.
6. I tuoi diritti
Puoi chiedere in ogni momento l'accesso ai tuoi dati, la rettifica, la cancellazione, la limitazione del trattamento, la portabilità, e opporti al trattamento basato sul legittimo interesse. Puoi revocare il consenso senza che ciò pregiudichi la liceità del trattamento svolto prima. Per farlo scrivi a europeancbdmarket@gmail.com. Se ritieni che il trattamento violi la normativa, puoi presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it) o all'autorità del tuo paese.

Il sito e il listino sono riservati a operatori professionali e a persone maggiorenni. Non raccogliamo consapevolmente dati di minori.

2. What data we collect
- Data you give us in the website contact form: first name, last name, email, country, and optionally company, phone and city. First name, last name, email and country are needed to answer you; the others are optional.
- Data you send on WhatsApp when you choose to message us from a button on the site: your number and the content of the message, handled by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) under its own terms.
- Technical data collected by the provider hosting the site (Cloudflare) to run and protect it: IP address, browser type, date and time of the request, kept in technical logs for the time strictly necessary.
The site uses no profiling cookies and no traffic analytics. It stores on your device, in the browser memory, only functional preferences: the chosen language, whether the contact form has already been filled in or closed, and the quantities set on product cards. This information never leaves your device.
3. Why we use it and on what basis
- Sending you the price list and contacting you with commercial proposals reserved for trade buyers. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), given by ticking the box in the form, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Answering your requests for quotes, samples or information. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Running and protecting the site. Legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest in the security and continuity of the service (Art. 6(1)(f)).
We do not profile you and we take no automated decisions with legal effects on you.
4. Who sees the data
Data is processed by the controller and by people authorised by the controller. To handle it we use providers acting as processors or independent controllers:
- Google LLC: form contacts are saved in a Google Sheet owned by the controller (Google Workspace / Google Drive).
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting and protection of the site.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (WhatsApp): only if you choose to message us on WhatsApp.
These providers may process data outside the European Union. In that case the transfer relies on the safeguards provided by the GDPR: an adequacy decision of the European Commission (EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where the provider is certified) or standard contractual clauses. Data is not sold or passed to third parties for their own marketing.
5. How long we keep it
- Form contacts: until consent is withdrawn and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last meaningful contact.
- Requests that become an order: for the period required by tax and accounting obligations (10 years).
- Technical logs of the site: for the time strictly necessary for security, under the hosting provider's policies.
6. Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before. To do so, write to europeancbdmarket@gmail.com. If you believe the processing breaches the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or with the authority of your own country.
7. Who the site is for
The site and the price list are reserved for trade buyers and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
